i like this usb adapter that way i can just plug the card right into any computer and dont need to drag out all the cords to the cameras...just not sure why its not downloading video off md SD card, other than that like this product

Have been using Transcend 8GB class 6 for a couple of years w/o any problems. Read that their reader is one of the fastest, so I ordered 16GB with the reader. Wanted the one shown in the pic with metal tip, so ordered from Thememstore for a couple bucks more than directly from Amazon. Oops, received all plastic... Works really fast (faster than class10 card with generic USB2) but the reader won't last on the field trips. Will return after coming back and try to find the right one on ebay.
Amazon, please update the pic!!!

I've been using this flash memory card and adapter with my camera for about a year. It is a solid performer with decent speeds and no reliability problems, so far. I like that the USB adapter takes up very little space.

I recently went on vacation where I had limited access to computers, so I did not want to constantly upload pictures. I took close to 1000 pics and several videos with my Panasonic Lumix camera and had no problems! Why pay more for more popular brand names such as Sandisk, when this does as good as job.

I purchased this on Amazon for my Canon PowerShot SD1200IS 10 MP Digital Camera. I keep the Transcend card tucked into a small camera bag along with the camera, so when I take shots, that same day I can pop out the memory card, load em up on my MacBook Pro and I got images online.
I have had this for over a year, and the product has held up well. No issues. Speed of loading is fine, quality fine.
Inexpensive, easy to use, good quality.
Small nit-if you have most of your slots used up, it is a challenge to "squeeze" the card in to your Mac, so I just take some care not to bend anything.
I could say more but frankly, life is too short. Fine product
